About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Pharmacist to join our team at our Cikarang facility in Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the safe storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in compliance with all regulatory requirements. As a Warehouse Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical warehouse operations, maintaining compliance with Good Distribution and Warehouse Practices for Pharmaceutical Industry (CDOB), and ensuring product integrity throughout the supply chain. This position is essential to protecting public health and maintaining the trust of our pharmaceutical clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee daily pharmaceutical warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of medicines and healthcare products.

2. Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, Good Distribution and Warehouse Practices for Pharmaceutical Industry (CDOB), and international standards for pharmaceutical storage.

3. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities, storage conditions, and equipment to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels for pharmaceutical products.

4. Review and authorize pharmaceutical shipments, verifying product authenticity, expiry dates, and proper packaging before distribution.

5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, staff training, and pharmaceutical handling protocols.

6. Manage documentation including certificates of analysis, batch records, and distribution records to maintain full audit trails.

7. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate product discrepancies, damage, or contamination issues.

8. Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper pharmaceutical handling, storage requirements, and safety procedures.

9. Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders regarding pharmaceutical storage and distribution matters.

10. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain warehouse safety and product integrity.

11. Ensure proper handling of controlled substances and narcotics in accordance with legal requirements.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with STRA qualification.

2. Minimum 1 years of experience working in pharmaceutical warehousing, distribution, or logistics environments.

3. In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution and Warehouse Practices for Pharmaceutical Industry (CDOB) and Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations.

4. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical storage requirements, including temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled conditions.

5. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.

6. Experience with pharmaceutical companies or third-party logistics providers is preferred.
