Account Manager

• Help the Team reach or increase our target
• Assist us in expanding our market coverage
• Address the concerns of having more or healthy clients in our pipeline
• Support the Team in converting new opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Deliver value to customers’ business by understanding their needs, not just selling products (listen and observe the needs of the clients) 
• Ensure customer needs are addressed using the company’s core competencies and available resources (reliable/reachable anytime) Achieve targeted profitability and return on investment for the company.
• Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline by securing an adequate number of qualified suspects (10% buffer from assigned target) Create and grow more opportunities to our existing clients (increase wallet share, referrals, special project and upsell to existing clients)
• Adhere to company protocols and processes (follow templates/reports assigned, company code of conducts and core values)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer relationship management and after-sales service - can provide assistance within 24 hours Strong communication and negotiation skills - can close new accounts within 3 month
• Planning and time management (handling multiple accounts - new opportunities and existing clients roughly 30 to 40 accounts)
• Problem-solving and decision-making (work under pressure and can manage emotions)
• Discipline, punctual, and work consistency (practice work ethics and professionalism)
