Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversion rates.
Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive technical audits and work closely with development teams to resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize landing pages and blog posts based on intent-based keyword research and E-E-A-T guidelines.
Link Building: Execute white-hat, high-authority link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
AI Adaptability: Monitor and pivot strategies to account for the evolving landscape of AI-driven search (SGE/AI Overviews).
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (B2B or eCommerce focus preferred).
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate raw data into successful, growth-oriented marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working alongside content creators, web developers, and account managers.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive consistent organic growth in competitive markets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing SEO for enterprise-level or high-growth SaaS/eCommerce brands.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Prior experience in agency settings or managing multi-client portfolios.
Technical Skills Required
