No sales experience, please do not apply. We are looking for a Principal with strong enrollment and marketing capabilities.
I. Job Responsibilities
Enrollment Management & Team Performance (Core, 90%)
Take full charge of the offline enrollment team of the learning centre, formulate and implement monthly enrollment plans.
Lead the team to expand enrollment channels including school cooperation, offline promotion, student referrals, etc., and oversee the whole process of visitor reception and transaction conversion.
Manage student renewal, class upgrade and referral conversion, and strictly control student attrition rate.
Auxiliary Operation (10%)
Cooperate with the headquarters' Teaching Management Department and Academic Affairs Department to carry out daily work and provide timely feedback on issues.
Maintain campus teaching order and student safety, and assist in handling parental consultations and complaints.
Cooperate with the headquarters to complete data submission and daily operational tasks.
II. Goals & Assessment
(I) Enrollment & Cooperation Goals
Achieve offline new student enrollment indicators and team enrollment performance targets.
Actively expand school cooperation resources, carry out offline promotion activities, and continuously develop valid cooperative schools.
(II) Attrition Rate Target
Strictly control student attrition, cooperate with the headquarters in student retention management to ensure student stability.
III. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; experience as campus principal, supervisor or enrollment director in educational institutions is preferred.
Proficient in Chinese or English, able to independently communicate, negotiate and manage the team.
Excellent ability in enrollment conversion, team management and channel development; result-oriented.
Strong work under pressure, highly goal-oriented.
Good communication and coordination skills, responsible, and skilled in handling parental consultations and complaints.
Familiar with the local Chinese education market and school cooperation process is preferred.
