Sebagai Store Crew dan Studio Assistant, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas berbagai aspek operasional toko dan studio. Tugas utama meliputi melayani pelanggan secara langsung, menjaga kebersihan dan tata ruang toko, memastikan kelancaran proses transaksi, serta membantu dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Selain itu, Anda juga akan mendukung aktivitas produksi foto dan memastikan setiap proses berjalan sesuai standar kualitas perusahaan. Dibutuhkan kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan alat kasir, memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional, serta mampu menggunakan Adobe Photoshop untuk editing dasar.
Job Descriptions
- Welcome and assist customers in using the self-photo facilities, including demonstrating how to operate the remote/camera.
- prepare and maintain studio equipment: camera, lighting, tripod, backdrop, props, and other tools.
- set up the room, wardrobe, and equipment before photo sessions begin.
- provide basic photo editing using Adobe Photoshop: retouching, cropping, adjusting brightness, etc, and send the soft copy files customers afterward.
- keep the studio area clean, tidy, and comfortable for visitors.
- maintain good and responsive communication with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
Requirement
- minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK)
- at lease 1 year or relevant experience
- able to operate computers and cameras; familiar with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop).
- communicative, proactive, and passionare about photography.
- disciplined, honest, responsible, and adaptable.
- willing to travel and conduct regular site visits as required.
- able to work independently and within a team, with proven abitility t manage multiple projects simultaneously.
