We are seeking a Regional Purchasing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Bekasi, West Java. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in driving our procurement operations and ensuring optimal inventory management across the region. As Regional Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and implementing procurement strategies that support our operational objectives and financial performance. Key responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing regional purchasing strategies that align with company objectives and support cost optimisation

  2. Managing supplier relationships, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation across the region

  3. Overseeing procurement operations, ensuring timely ordering, receiving, and processing of materials and goods

  4. Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory control procedures to minimise waste whilst maintaining adequate stock availability

  5. Analysing purchasing data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

  6. Preparing and managing purchasing budgets, tracking expenditure, and reporting on procurement performance metrics

  7. Collaborating with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain coordination

  8. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and quality standards

  9. Leading and mentoring purchasing and procurement staff within the region

  10. Conducting supplier audits and quality assessments to maintain high standards of materials and services

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing or logistics environments

  2. Proven track record of managing regional or multi-site procurement operations

  3. Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management and vendor selection

  4. Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, cost structures, and procurement data to drive strategic purchasing decisions

  5. Solid understanding of inventory management principles and experience implementing inventory control systems

  6. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams

  8. Proficiency in purchasing software systems and Microsoft Office applications

  9. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations within the manufacturing sector

  10. Relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration (preferred)

  11. Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
