About the role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms, helping to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth within the beauty.
What you'll be doing
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms
- Manage day-to-day content scheduling, publishing, and coordination of online campaign activities
- Assist in the execution of product launches and digital promotional initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative teams as well as external influencer and media agencies
- Track, monitor, and report on digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support influencer and KOL activities, including product seeding coordination and content performance tracking
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Analyse digital trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within beauty or fashion industries
- Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, digital campaign execution, and online consumer engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and support data-driven decisions
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners
