We are now looking to expand our dynamic team by hiring a Marketing Associate who will support our marketing efforts and contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for LinkedIn engagement, content publishing, SEO support, marketing collateral design, and lead follow-ups. This role plays a key part in nurturing prospects, improving website performance, and supporting marketing campaigns through strong content and conversion assets.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, design-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Engagement & Lead Generation
- Filter and qualify LinkedIn leads based on defined criteria
- Send outbound messages and respond to inbound enquiries
- Manage LinkedIn notifications and inbox
- Invite relevant prospects to follow the company page
- Follow up on leads generated from LinkedIn and marketing kits
Content Publishing & SEO
- Publish blog articles, including basic SEO optimisation and keyword insertion
- Update and optimise existing blog content
- Upload and manage supporting visuals such as social images and infographics
- Review and update articles and pages provided by external marketing partners
Marketing Design & Collaterals
- Revamp and design presentation slides for talks and workshops
- Design marketing materials including posters and customised EDMs
- Create handouts and lead-nurturing materials for campaigns and kits
Landing Pages & Conversion Assets
- Create and update landing pages for campaigns and lead magnets
- Ensure landing pages are clear, visually consistent, and conversion-focused
Shared & Supporting Tasks
- Shopify-related content and page updates (non-technical)
- Writing SEO-focused blog content
- Conduct competitor research
- Creation and updating of marketing kits and resources
- Support keyword alignment and content optimisation for Google Ads
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or lead generation
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience with SEO content publishing and keyword optimisation
- Design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-focused content
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
To Note:
- This is a remote position, open to candidates based in Indonesia
- Candidates must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- This is a 3-months contract for service, convertable to full-time based on performance
