The Opportunity

We are seeking driven, relationship-oriented sales professionals who already call on independent physicians, outpatient clinics, or private practices and want to create an additional high-income revenue stream.

This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who want to control their own success, leverage existing physician relationships, and build uncapped commission income.

If you are already in medical sales, calling on doctors regularly, and looking for a strong ancillary product to bring into your network, this opportunity was built for you.

What We Do

Our flagship device, the CMAT, is a 7-minute, FDA-cleared, non-invasive test that helps physicians identify early vascular and neurological disease while generating substantial insurance-covered reimbursement for the practice.

You are not expected to handle clinical presentations, installations, or technical support. You make the introduction — we handle product demos, clinical presentations, closing the sale, training and installation, and ongoing support.

This allows you to leverage your current relationships without taking on an entirely new full-time sales process.

Compensation & Growth

  • $5,000–$7,500 commission per sale (typically 1–2 sales per month)
  • $150K+ first-year income potential
  • Top earners exceed $200K+ annually
  • No inventory, startup fees, or buy-ins
  • Additional income opportunities for reps who choose to present independently
  • Build recurring, long-term income through territory growth
