Position: AI Short Drama Production
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for generation, selection, and material production for AI short drama-related pic and video content, including the generation and organization of character visuals, story scenes, storyboard atmosphere, short video clips, and other assets.
2. Work closely with the optimization and operations teams to continuously improve AI short drama materials based on advertising performance, summarize common traits of high-converting materials, and refine characters, storylines, visual styles, and advertising assets.
Requirements:
- Major in advertising, art design, or related fields, with strong artistic skills and creative thinking.
- Over one year of experience in advertising design, proficient in feed ad material production and video editing; experience in AI video production is preferred.
- Solid graphic design skills, proficient in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and other relevant software, with the ability to create advertising materials independently.
- Able to use English as the working language.
- Enjoys watching short dramas.
