  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engneering.

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales/Business Development experience within engineering company.

  • Strong in both oral and written skills in English.

Job Responsibilites:

  • Be knowledgeable about the product (machinery for food industry).

  • Serve customers as a primary contact for all business dealings, ensuring all customer concerns are being addressed including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims, etc.

  • Educate customers on the quality, features and uses of our products through the full use of the company's marketing materials.

  • Conducting effective product presentations and demonstrations to customers, focusing on technical strengths and potential solutions to increase sales.

  • Providing fast and accurate technical solutions to customer issues, in order to build customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Supports sales efforts by identifying market opportunities, providing appropriate product recommendations, and helping to achieve sales targets through technical approaches.

  • Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate productively with others.
