Job Description
Quality Control: Conduct inspections of in-process and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards; Perform product sampling based on AQL/MIL-STD sampling plans; Analyze quality data using 7 QC Tools and determine product disposition (release, hold, or reject).
Research and Development: Lead product development and product improvement projects; Conduct product trials, evaluations, and validation activities to ensure product quality; Develop and optimize formulations, processes, and product specifications.
Analyst: Perform quality analysis of products according to established testing methods; Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) or other instruments; Conduct laboratory testing using conventional analytical methods such as titration, gravimetric analysis, and other standard laboratory techniques.
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Prepare reports, records, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
GPA minimum 3.00/4.00
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, HACCP, Food Safety, or Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is an advantage.
Willing to work in a shift system. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
