About the role
This is a full-time Supervisor Floor role at Boy N Cow Group in Bali. As the Supervisor Floor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience for all guests.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, including hosts, servers,
Ensure high standards of customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage front-of-house budgets
Train and develop the front-of-house team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance
Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Assist the management team in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Previous minimum 1-2 year experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a memorable dining experience
