Syarat Peserta Pelatihan Pimpinan Cabang Indah Logistik Cargo

  1. Bersedia penempatan seluruh Wilayah Indonesia (Dari Sabang-Merauke).

  2. Wajib mengikuti program training (MDP) offline sesuai jadwal yang diadakan (1 bulan).

  3. Pendidikan minimal D3, lebih disukai S1.

  4. Jujur, Integritas tinggi dan bersedia bekerja dalam tekanan

  5. Bersedia mengikuti pelatihan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur.

  6. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Ekspedisi / Logistik / Marketing dengan jabatan Supervisor atau Branch Manager.

  7. Memiliki Sim A dan Sim C yang masih aktif.

  8. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di luar Domisili (seperti Sumatera, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi)

  9. Mengarahkan tim dan mengatur operasional.

  10. Terbiasa bekerja dalam target

  11. Melaksanakan SOP dan target KPI

  12. Lancar mengendarai mobil dan motor
