Role Overview
Zed Technologies is seeking a Sales Executive for Indonesia, based in Indonesia, to drive market growth and expand the company’s presence in the Indonesian healthcare sector.
The role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing new customer contracts, working closely with the company’s local partner and reseller network. The successful candidate will develop relationships with healthcare providers, understand procurement and purchasing processes, and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle.
This role requires someone with strong knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market, established relationships with key stakeholders, and a strong commercial drive to win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers across Indonesia.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital executives, radiology departments, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with partners and resellers to generate pipeline and support the progression and closure of opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to contract execution.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Support partners in responding to tenders, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations.
- Represent Zed Technologies at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across Indonesia.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and regional strategy.
Key Performance Indicators
Achievement of annual new business bookings targets.
Generation and progression of qualified opportunities within the sales pipeline.
Number of new customer contracts closed.
Growth and productivity of the partner and reseller network.
Expansion of Zed Technologies’ presence in the Indonesian healthcare market.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience selling software or technology solutions to healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, including hospitals, diagnostic providers, and healthcare networks.
- Experience navigating healthcare procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.
- Established relationships with key healthcare buyers and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
