We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Merchant Support (Mandarin Speaker) to support integration and technical communication with our Mandarin-speaking merchants. This role will act as a bridge between merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, system integration, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical integration process between company systems and merchant systems
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking merchants regarding integration requirements and troubleshooting
Provide technical support during onboarding and post-integration phase
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, IT, Operations) to resolve issues and improve system performance
Monitor and ensure successful transaction flow from merchants
Assist in documentation related to integration process and system guidelines
Perform basic testing and validation during integration phase
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must
Have basic understanding of API integration, system flow, or technical support
Experience in fintech, payment gateway, or IT integration is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience handling merchant onboarding or integration
Familiar with payment systems, QRIS, or remittance system
Basic knowledge of SQL or system debugging
