Responsibilites
- Identify and acquire new potential merchants across various industries (F&B, beauty, retail, groceries, tourism, and others).
- Conduct partnership meetings and build strong relationships with merchants to join Surplus Indonesia.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process to ensure smooth activation and collaboration.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing merchant performance.
- Acquire potential merchants for Ads in Apps and Juicible Keliling (Juling) partnerships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to close partnerships and achieve sales targets.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with the Jakarta merchant ecosystem (F&B, retail, beauty, etc.) is a plus.
