Job Description:
1. Develop and implement the overall e‑commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Manage and optimize all online sales channels (website, marketplaces, and social commerce).
3. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and affiliate marketing.
4. Lead UX/UI improvements to enhance the online shopping experience and conversion rates.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
6. Stay updated on lighting industry developments, digital trends, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Head of E-Commerce / E-Commerce Manager).
3. Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
4. Proven track record in managing multi-channel e-commerce operations.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, analytics tools, and UX/UI best practices.
6. Leadership experience with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
7. Innovative, data-driven, and passionate about digital commerce.
