We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our fully remote team and maintain the financial backbone of our rapidly growing agency. While experience within the e-commerce industry is preferred, we are equally open to candidates from other dynamic sectors who demonstrate exceptional bookkeeping discipline. Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting practices in the US, Hong Kong, and Dubai is a strong plus—but not mandatory—as we value adaptability and a willingness to learn across international frameworks. About the Role
As our Bookkeeper, you'll ensure accurate financial operations with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members across Asia. You'll bring expertise to a fast-paced marketing environment where financial accuracy drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive financial records (ledgers, AP, AR, general journals)
  • Process payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking with complete accuracy
  • Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records across multiple currencies
  • Support audits and implement process improvements
  • Handle additional projects as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Background or experience with US, Hong Kong, or Dubai and US bookkeeping practices is a strong plus.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks (essential)
  • Multi-currency transaction experience.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
