CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER STAFF
DESCRIPTION & MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Maintain customer databases
• Manage administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments & brand principal
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Monitoring the team’s performance
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimal 2 years of experience as Customer Service
• Bachelor degree in any major or equivalent
• Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Able to operate computer & willing to learn customer service system
• Have a good communication skills and listening skills (Customer Service Orientation)
• Able to work under pressure (handling customer complaint & customer needs)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
