Key Responsibilities:
- Host and manage live selling sessions across various online platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other social media channels.
- Present products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner to attract potential customers and drive sales conversions.
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a positive shopping experience during live sessions.
- Develop a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and key selling points to effectively communicate them to customers.
Qualifications:
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and present product knowledge accurately.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media trends, particularly TikTok and Shopee.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Palmerah, West Jakarta.
