Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive demand for oncology products.
- Execute territory plans and sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare accounts.
- Ensure product listing, availability, and effective implementation of marketing activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned territory, customers, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Oncology.
- Proven sales performance and territory management experience.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
