Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding preparation.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure recruitment fulfillment based on business requirements.

  • Maintain and update employee database, employment documents, organization structure, and other HR administrative records.

  • Support HR operational activities, including employee lifecycle administration, HR reporting, HR documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Manage and coordinate internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, development activities, and program completion process.

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, internal events, company activities, and other HR-related programs.

  • Support General Affairs activities related to daily office operations, facilities management, asset management, office supplies, vendor coordination, and employee needs.

  • Support expatriate arrangements, including accommodation coordination, administrative support, and related operational needs.

  • Manage HRGA petty cash administration, expense tracking, and payment documentation for office operations and employee-related expenses.

  • Coordinate with the Finance team regarding HRGA budget utilization, reimbursement, invoice submission, and payment processes.

  • Support ad-hoc assignments, special projects, and other duties assigned by the leader to support HRGA and business operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work from office (WFO) and be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HRGA, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions in multinational companies or manufacturing industry is preferred.

  • Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes with high-volume hiring needs.

  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee administration, and general affairs processes.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic business needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, high ownership, and willingness to learn.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Strong coordination skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, management, and external parties.

  • Fluent in English communication (both written and spoken) is required; Mandarin skills will be an advantage.
