About the Role
DIC Group is seeking an experienced ESH Officer based in East Karawang. You will ensure operational compliance with all environmental, safety, and health regulations, while maintaining effective safety practices across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Policies & Systems: Develop, implement, and monitor ESH policies, procedures, ISO Systems (14001 & 45001), and SMK3.
Risk Management: Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments (HIRARC), and supervise high-risk work (Scaffolding, Hot Work, Confined Space).
Training & Culture: Provide employee training on safe work practices, emergency response, and drive BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) programs.
Incident & Compliance: Investigate incidents/near-misses, implement corrective actions, and liaise with government authorities for legal compliance.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records and generate regular ESH performance reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Hard Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in OHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Experience: Min. 5 years as an ESH Officer in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Certifications: Must hold valid AK3 Umum and TKBT certifications.
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends or be on-call for emergencies.
