Role Overview
Mantle is seeking a high-signal ecosystem operator to help grow brand presence, community engagement, and offline traction. This part-time role is designed for individuals deeply embedded in either the crypto/X ecosystem or the San Francisco AI / builder community.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth research, identify emerging trends, and translate them into clear, actionable insights. Represent Mantle at industry events, engage with ecosystem participants, and support internal strategy and campaigns.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems
- Strong understanding of crypto culture and emerging narratives
- Ability to conduct lightweight research and translate insights into clear, well-written content
- Comfortable engaging in both online and offline ecosystem environments
- Proven ability to build relationships with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt messaging across different audiences
