Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum S1 Majoring in Chemical Engineering / Chemist.
At least 5 - 8 years experience in handling QC activities and also a Head of QC.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Experience handling ISO Integration Audit (9001; 45001; 14001).
Experience handling ISCC audits and experienced in mass balance.
Responsibilities:
Make sure safety in the workplace.
Evaluate the results of the analysis performed by QC staff in accordance with the QC inspection form.
Provide analysis result for supporting Extraction Plant, FFA plant, & Utilities Plant also handling analysis incoming SBE and liquid materials.
Ensure the sample inspection performed by the QC staff runs according to the work instructions.
Ensure all QC documents are stored properly.
Follow the sample inspection process for Outgoing products.
Ensure that calibration activities are carried out routinely according the agreed schedule.
Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and function of laboratory equipment properly.
Being a good leader for members and able to provide solutions when problems occur.
Reporting via email to Management on daily basis about Daily QC Report and Material Movement Register, also send Monthly Report of QC Result to VP.
Supervise daily activity in Laboratory including daily analysis, Internal Calibration, Reagent Preparation, and Reporting to Management.
Do budgeting for handling Operational Cost in Laboratory and Tank Farm, also make fixed schedule for external analysis based on Government requirements or only for internal comparison.
Handling properly for chemical waste that deviated in Lab & Plant according to HSSE & Government requirements. Giving label and mark before send waste to B3 storage and always do coordination with HSSE Officer.
Participate with others Department and make good connection to get high performance in Production, System Implementation, Smooth Product Shipment Activity, and Controlling Oil Stock.
Experience in handling Lab equipment and train our sub-ordinates.
Experience in operating ICP OES instrument will be an advantage.
