We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Brand Executive to support brand campaign execution, partnership coordination, and related administrative activities. This role will work closely with internal Brand and Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure collaborations and brand initiatives run smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate has prior full-time experience in a similar brand support role and is familiar with handling partnerships with influencers, communities, or business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of brand campaigns, activations, and day-to-day brand initiatives.
Coordinate with internal Brand and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are well managed.
Support partnership activities, including collaborations with influencers, communities, corporate partners, and other business partners.
Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, agreements, and follow-up communications.
Monitor partnership deliverables and ensure agreed activities are executed on time.
Maintain and organize documents related to campaigns, partnerships, reports, contracts, and databases.
Track and update campaign progress, partnership performance reports, and related administrative records.
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in managing product samples, marketing materials, and promotional assets needed for campaigns and collaborations.
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support brand initiatives and campaign planning.
Ensure all brand and partnership activities are properly documented and reported in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of full-time experience in brand support, marketing support, partnership support, or a similar role.
Experience handling partnerships with influencers, communities, or business partners is required.
Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to support campaign execution and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working closely with Brand and Marketing teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in supporting brand campaigns and marketing activations.
Good understanding of branding, partnership coordination, and campaign processes.
Familiarity with reporting tools or project management tools is a plus.
Ability to maintain strong coordination with partners to help grow brand collaborations and awareness.
