Responsibilities
Handle procurement activities for project needs.
Source materials and services based on project requirements.
Collect and maintain material and supplier information.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
Create Purchase Orders (PO) and contracts.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate material delivery to support project timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration, preferably in the interior contractor, furniture, or architectural industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willing to work on a 3-month contract (maternity leave cover).
