Job description

• Bring 18+ years of overall experience in PLM/enterprise engineering systems, including at least two full end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM implementations.
• Lead end-to-end PTC Windchill PLM solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, enterprise standards, and industry best practices.
• Define and validate the Windchill technical architecture, covering system landscape, integrations, customizations, performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive and oversee data migration from Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill, including data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, and migration tooling strategy.
• Provide expert guidance across relevant Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Change/Configuration Management, BOM/MBOM, CAD Data Management, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable PLM solution designs.
