Junior Architect
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural projects.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project documentation when required.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray.
- Ability to create realistic 3D models and renderings.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Based in Bali
