Job Description:
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency's brand and services to potential clients.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline to track new business opportunities and monitor progress towards revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, target audiences, and industry trends.
• Cultivates business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
• Forecasts and assesses resources available to determine the scope and duration of new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the creative and account management departments to develop customized proposals and presentations that meet clients' needs and objectives.
• Build relationships with prospective clients, develop sales proposals, and participate in pitch meetings to win new business.
• Manage and maintain the agency's brand and ensure consistency in all communications.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on new business and marketing activities to agency management.
Job Requirements:
• Strategic thinker, successful track record (at least 8+ years) of building business for an agency in advertising.
• Proven results in a quota carrying sales role in the Advertising, Digital Marketing. Experience creating operational structure around sales and marketing functions.
• Experience selling in to mid-tier and enterprise clients. Ability to adapt sales strategy to the agency’s evolving service offerings
• Proven experience in building and leading a cross-functional team in the pitch or business development process
• Experience overseeing business development initiatives from initial opportunity all the way through securing client contracts
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Advanced knowledge of full-service, integrated advertising solution offerings, including strategy, creative, media, and digital
