Wa are Japanese Contract Manufacturer in Batam currently looking for the best candidate to fill position of NPI Assistant Engineer and Engineer
Qualifications & experience
Min. D3 in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience min. 2 years in automotive product and work in PCBA manufacturing
Understand in Automotive and preparation product such as APQP, PPAP, etc.
Familiar with IATF ISO 16949
Having good communication, analysis and problem solving skills
Good at computer and English (oral and written) skills
High motivation and initiative
Tasks & responsibilities
Communicate with customer regarding new product introduction, such as quality requirement, product drawing, gerber file, etc.
Design of process for new product introduction.
Prepare all the document (PCP, PFMEA, BOM, WI, etc) for new product.
Review and prepared all the document for mass production project running. Make sure all documents are updated according to process and quality requirement.
Lead a meeting for new product run arrangement, and make sure the PP is running smoothly.
