Job Description:
• Memastikan KPI Direktorat pada perspektif Internal Process mencapai target
• Memastikan ketepatan waktu sign-off dokumen Planning Cycle Corporate sesuai dengan timeline yang telah disepakati
• Memastikan seluruh Strategic Initiatives Directorate yang direncanakan dapat terimplementasi pada tahun berjalan.
• Memastikan ketepatan waktu closing rekomendasi Problem Solving (termasuk Business Analysis) yang berasal dari user maupun hasil TOR/BOD Meeting sesuai timeline yang ditetapkan.
• Memastikan pelaksanaan risk treatment atas KPI corporate yang tidak tercapai sesuai rencana yang telah ditetapkan.
• Menyusun laporan analisis terkait proses bisnis untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.
Requirements:
• Minimal lulusan Sarjana (S1) Semua Jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam penyusunan KPI
• Mampu memahami proses bisnis secara cepat
• Mampu memberikan rekomendasi atas permasalahan & pencapaian KPI
• Familiar dengan proses penyusunan KPI BSC
