Automatic Replenishment Staff
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the automatic replenishment process to ensure optimal stock availability across stores.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales trends to determine accurate replenishment needs.
Prevent stockouts and overstock by adjusting replenishment parameters and stock allocation.
Coordinate with warehouse, distribution center, merchandising team and store teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Prepare and analyze replenishment reports to improve inventory performance and efficiency.
Maintain good communication with vendors to ensure purchase orders (POs) are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or inventory management (fresh graduates welcome).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Good understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
