- Good command of English (spoken and written) for international business communication
- Familiar with export-import documentation, shipping processes, customs clearance, and international trade regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java and work full-time
