Responsibilities:
1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, includingdocument management, filing, and data entry.
2. Provide translation and interpretation support (Indonesian-Chinese-English) for internal communication and external business meetings.
3. Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with local vendors.
4. Assist HQ team and management with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing reports. 5. Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is a MUST. Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Previous administrative or office assistant experience is preferred, but the Fresh graduates who has the excellent Chinese language skills in speaking, listening, reading ,writingand strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
