What is Supervisor Development Program (SDP)?
SDP is a fast-track leadership program designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future supervisory roles through structured development, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on business experience.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional rotations across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Excellence function
Support brand growth initiatives through market analysis, campaign execution, and sales performance evaluation
Analyze consumer, market, and sales data to identify business opportunities and improvement initiatives
Lead and execute assigned commercial or business development projects with measurable business impact
Present project outcomes and strategic recommendations to management
Develop leadership, business acumen, and project management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or other related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience
Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities
Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
