Kualifikasi :

  • Pendikikan Profesi Kedokteran

  • STR aktif, bersedia mengurus SIP

  • Memiliki Sertifikat Pelatihan Hiperkes, ACLS, ATLS dan Keselataman Pasien (PMKP/MFK)

  • Pengalaman min. 2-3 thn di pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit

  • Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai Tim Komite Medik, Mutu Pelayanan, Pelatihan dan Audit Internal

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan koordinasi tim yang baik.

  • Mampu membuat laporan operasional & monitoring pelayanan.

  • kemampuan Excel, PowerPoint, pelaporan serta presentasi lain

  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahsa Inggris yang baik

  • Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani

Job Description :

  • Menyusun dan mengembangkan standar klinis dokter

  • Membuat modul pelatihan klinis

  • Melakukan audit internal medis dan kepatuhan klinis

  • Menjadi trainer/narasumber untuk training internal

  • Melakukan evaluasi kompentensi dokter diseluruh cabang

  • Mendukung implementasi patient safety

  • Membuat laporan mutu klinis
