Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for IT Specialist
  • Manage daily HR administration and maintain employee records.
  • Handle attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, and employee benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee inquiries and HR operational matters.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures under HR Supervisor guidance.
  • Review and check legal documents before submission to Management/BOD for approval and signature.
  • Monitor and follow up with internal teams on day-to-day operational and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as HR Officer / HR Generalist.
  • Able to work independently and handle HR operational matters end-to-end.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
  • Experienced in handling attendance, recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to join immediately (Middle July) is preferred.
