Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment for IT Specialist
- Manage daily HR administration and maintain employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, and employee benefits administration.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support employee inquiries and HR operational matters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures under HR Supervisor guidance.
- Review and check legal documents before submission to Management/BOD for approval and signature.
- Monitor and follow up with internal teams on day-to-day operational and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as HR Officer / HR Generalist.
- Able to work independently and handle HR operational matters end-to-end.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
- Experienced in handling attendance, recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to join immediately (Middle July) is preferred.
