This role (National Replenishment Manager) is responsible for managing multiple warehouses, analyzing data, and driving process improvements through data-driven dashboards to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role also leads the Replenishment team, monitors performance, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, with hands-on experience managing multi-warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory control, replenishment planning, and distribution planning.
Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating effectively across cross-functional departments.
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) at Central Production, Singosari, Malang Regency.
