Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
Overseeing domestic sales, daily operation including managing budget and resources
Facilitate Distributor, sales and activation team to achieve annual business plan, increase sales, visibility, promotion activity and market share
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Five years plus of leadership in role Sales and Marketing in FMCG Industry especially in Snack categories, demonstrated track record of Success and Performance
Familiar to handle Distributor Team, Salesman and Activation team.
Experience to handle Vietnam Nationwide teritory
Familiar with General, Modern Trade. And Horeca plus Institution is a plus point
Familiar with Ms Office and Software
