JOB ROLE
Lead of Performance Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the performance of our online advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to ensure optimal performance and the achievement of business goals. You will collaborate with the marketing, product and engineering teams to analyze data, identify trends, and act on opportunities to enhance campaign performance. You should have a strong understanding of online advertising and the latest trends in optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative and analytical skills, a keep eye for detail, and a passion for results.
RESPONSIBILITIES LEAD OF PERFORMANCE MARKETING
- Manage , setting KPI Ads Optimation team and have experience for create Standar Operational Procedure.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to inform optimization strategies.
- Regularly review campaign performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure campaigns are properly implemented.
- Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to optimize campaigns.
- Work with external vendors to explore and execute new advertising opportunities.
- Create reports to track and communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
- Develop strategies to drive cost-efficiency and performance for campaigns.
