BNET Academy is a non-formal education institution and training platform focused on digital and vocational skills development. We are looking for a Instructional Designer (Project-Based, 1 Month) to transform expert instructors' knowledge into engaging, structured, and effective digital learning experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts and the production team to convert academic materials into high-quality learning content suitable for online delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze syllabus, modules, and raw learning materials provided by subject matter experts to develop a logical learning flow based on microlearning principles.
- Design clean, engaging, and visually appealing presentation slides that align with BNET Academy's branding and visual standards.
- Develop concise learning scripts, storyboards, and talking points for bite-sized instructional videos to guide instructors during recording sessions.
- Ensure all learning materials are aligned with the program's intended learning outcomes and competency standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify content and coordinate with the Video Editor to ensure key learning points are effectively communicated in the final videos.
- Design pre-test and post-test assessments, including question banks and evaluation instruments, to accurately measure learners' knowledge and learning outcomes.
Project Duration:
Project-based contract for 1 month.
