Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Must hold a valid Basic First Aid (P3K) Certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Company First Aid Staff, Company Clinic Staff, or Occupational Health Staff is preferred.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Able to provide first aid treatment and respond to workplace emergencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work at KIT Batang.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid treatment for workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
- Respond promptly to workplace incidents and emergency situations.
- Maintain and inspect first aid kits, medical equipment, and emergency supplies.
- Record and report all first aid cases and workplace injuries.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when necessary.
- Support the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) programs.
- Conduct first aid awareness and basic health education for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations.
