Requirements:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment.
Keep the kitchen, stewarding area, and storage areas clean and organized.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used and stored safely.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen equipment when needed.
Support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
