Job Description:

Mengawasi integrasi API (Booking, Tracking, Tariff, Shipment, Webhook) dan monitoring sistem pairing, webhook, serta data upload harian.
⁠Memimpin koordinasi harian & mingguan terkait progres, kendala, dan solusi integrasi produk.
Menjaga kualitas layanan melalui pengelolaan tiket, pesan, dan laporan dari berbagai kanal (WhatsApp, Salesforce, Email, Discord).
Mengelola proyek integrasi khusus, termasuk pengembangan aplikasi dan integrasi marketplace / corporate B2B , B2C.
⁠Memberikan dukungan teknis lintas tim dan memastikan kelancaran sistem operasional.

Qualifications:

Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di product integration, IT operations, atau project management
Pemahaman kuat tentang API & sistem integrasi.
Kemampuan memimpin tim lintas fungsi dan mengambil keputusan strategis dengan cepat.
Komunikatif, detail-oriented, dan proaktif.
