Customer Services Coordinator
Location: South Jakarta

Our client is a multinational satellite solution company providing advanced maritime connectivity and digital solutions. They are seeking a highly organized Professional Services Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination of service delivery, technical support, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of service installations, activations, upgrades, and support activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, technical teams, logistics partners, and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely assignment, follow-up, and resolution.
  • Coordinate field service schedules, equipment deployment, and technician activities.
  • Maintain accurate service records, project updates, inventory, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure internal departments are updated on service status, changes, and project progress.
  • Support billing and administrative processes by maintaining accurate service tracking.
  • Continuously improve service coordination, communication, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Telecommunications, IT, Maritime, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, operations support, project coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work effectively with customers, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiar with CRM, ticketing systems, Microsoft Excel, and service management tools.
  • Experience in telecommunications, maritime, satellite, or technology industries will be an advantage.
