Job Description
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities for automation systems and production equipment.
Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine reliability.
Develop, review, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) programs.
Support installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of new equipment and automation projects.
Monitor equipment performance and propose automation improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for equipment-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets and operational excellence.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Provide technical support and training related to automation systems and equipment operation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and company procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automation, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including motors, inverters, servo systems, sensors, and control devices.
Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
Familiar with industrial networking and communication systems.
Knowledge of robotic systems and automation technologies is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
