Tu aides l’équipe Projet / Brand Strategist sur tout ce qui fait tourner les projets clients au quotidien : organisation, contenu, coordination.

Tes missions

Stratégie

  • Support pour établir les stratégies clients

  • Réalisation de benchmarks

  • Analyse des performances (reportings)

  • Participation aux réflexions stratégiques

  • Veille tendances social media & digital

Social Media

  • Réalisation des plannings éditoriaux

  • Programmation des posts

  • Recherche d’inspirations & formats

  • Envoi de mails (influence / partenariats / presse)

  • Participation à la création de contenus simples

  • Suivi opérationnel des projets

  • Mise à jour des outils internes

  • Participation aux reportings clients

Presse & Influence

  • Aide à la constitution de fichiers médias

  • Participation à la préparation de dossiers et communiqués de presse

  • Envoi et suivi de sollicitations presse

  • Veille des retombées médias

Événementiel

  • Aide à la préparation logistique des événements (lancements, soirées, collabs…)

  • Recherche de lieux, prestataires et partenaires

  • Suivi des invitations (influenceurs, médias, clients)

  • Participation à la coordination le jour J

  • Aide à la captation de contenus sur place

  • Participation aux bilans post-event

Production de contenus photos et vidéos

  • Aide à la création de moodboards

  • Aide à l’organisation de shootings (logistique)

  • Coordination opérationnelle (planning, besoins, préparation)

  • Participation à la captation de contenus

Le profil recherché

  • Étudiant en école de commerce / communication ou équivalent

  • Organisé, rigoureux, réactif

  • Bonne culture social media, web et digital

  • À l’aise pour chercher, trier et synthétiser

  • Bon niveau rédactionnel

  • Très bonne maitrise de l'IA

  • À l’aise avec Canva / Notion / Figma / Google Slides

  • Envie d’apprendre vite
